On a different tack... have you thought of fitting a 200di?

It depends, disco is different, would need a new rad, intercooler, pipework, exhaust, and what ever else. And 200s are few and far between these days.

Thanks Marmaduke, I am really after a working engine though, its hard to tell from the photos if thats a late or early one, and no telling how worn or broken it is. If it was a late one it might be a good rebuild project if the block and head were good..

I've got a 19J. Was a brilliant engine (for a 19J) when I removed it, comes with ALL ancills, and on a pallet. I even have a video of it running before removal. You can have it for £100. It's in Barnsley, and I can't deliver.
