Back in the realm of P38 driver, instead of just owner :p

Starter came - is on, injectors, manifold, clear pipe mutilated. Static timing set
It runs!
Spills pi** everywhere but that’s usual for all of us at some point :D

I have been up to my usual though
It should be okay, one shouldn’t hurt? :) -

Touch like a blacksmith
Hurray and bugger at the same time, might be lucky if bit left sticking out the head (manifold off again) to grip it enough to turn it out or weld a nut on it then turn it out or if it comes to drilling it out try and find a bit of tube that just fits in manifold hole then a drill bit that just fits in the tube to make a guide bush it will center the drill bit in the broken stud.

If you take the manifold off is there enough left to get hold of to unscrew?

Stupid leak off pipes!!
Two years down the line and one leak off pipe has piddled diesel down the block!! I hate leaks and mine doesn't!! Not now I've replaced it... And the rest to follow..... Drove it with the Aircon on down the motorway at seventy... It was absolutely brilliant!! And then there is tomorrow as well to look forward too.

Got my new exhaust, just need to fit it now, since mine is... let's day not doing it's job. Hopefully it all fits together without any dramas.
