new to this need some knowledgeable advice just bought freelander 2 on a 2010 plate for the wife drove it home from garage about 3 miles next morning wife gets in starts to drive to work got about 5 miles.when suddenly the car veared to the right and she struggled to rectify then it veared to left and stopped dead in its tracks unable to go backwards or forwards engine running and engaging gears fine . The garage came recovered the vehicle and have said that the prop shaft bearing had siezed my question is would it cause it to uncontrollably vear left then right and what possible damage could it cause. Help.

Welcome to the forum though.

Scroll down the forums and go ask in the Freelander forum for a better idea but you had it for a day, tell them to fix it or you want your money back.
