Hi, I have a 2004 RR Vogue Diesel and when starting up getting a ‘rubbing sound’ from passenger rear when 1st start that seems to go away after a few minutes. Also just went for short journey this morning & when got home alarm keeps going off. Could this be a drained battery & can I charge it?
Not sure if this will help but we were away camping recently & had a fridge plugged into socket in rear when driving & also charged phones.

Low battery can cause many problems, not sure about rubbing your passengers rear though.
When connecting a batter charger, always connect to the battery before plugging the charger into the mains.

When connected charger reading was c. 3amps, max on my charger is 5amps. Do I leave it charging till it hits 5amps? Sorry for silly question but I know nothing about cars.
