L322 2004 4.4 petrol/lpg

Hi I'm new to lan dyzone and I'm impressed by the breadth of knowledge on your site.
Please any help would be appreciated, my engine light came on and after getting it on fault reader it states timing chain slipping. It mentions something about vanos faults, please advice I live in Bradford. Many thanks kevvaf
