Hoping for some advice please.
My series 3 has been laid up for two years not doing much. Ive gone to start it and Im not getting any spark, checked ignition coil and the resistance values look good, hooked it up to the +ve straight from the battery to the +ve of the coil and still no bang, just removed the HT lead from coil to distributor and it's reading 65K Ohm, I know HT leads are high resistance but does this seem excessive? I dont want to fire the parts cannon just yet, Ive already started with putting a new ignition coil in and no luck.
