Series 3 With 15J 2.5 N/A - Oil Filter?

Anyone know the correct oil filter for a 15J engine - I ordered RTC3184 which is the right diameter but about 1 inch too long. I've searched on google but nothing jumps out.

RTC3184 is for a 2 1/4 i think.

You want ERR3340 which is the oil filter for the 2.5na, 200tdi, 300tdi and v8 engines.

You need to fit the filter for the 90/110/defender era engine, NOT try and fit a series filter, as you no longer have a series engine. Having said that, i am not familiar with clearance issues in series engine bays with later engines.
I can go measure my oil filter if you want? its an ERR3340

Thanks for your replies. The above 2 oil filter numbers bring up spin-on type filters. Mine is a paper filter that sits inside the canister. I'd like to replace the engine with the correct 5 bearing diesel for my late 1980 series 3, but for now, I'll keep looking for the correct filter.

I drove my landrover with 15J for about 5 years and was a metal case spin on as earlier post.
Just looked in the 15J manual that I have and only shows spin on type.
If you message ma an email address can send you copy of the manual.
Only option is to search for one using all the measurements, or ask in the wanted section if any one has the spin on adapter available they are interchangeable with 12J 10J and 19J and probably even 200tdi.
This lad is breaking a 19J ask him for a price for oil filter housing only two bolts to remove it from engine block.
