Def TD5 Engine cover mystery

Engine cover in inlet side bolt fixes to a captive nut, but what is the captive nut fixed to??
My one is missing, the bit the captive nut fits to i mean, its driving my nutz, cant find a part number for the bit the captive nut sits in, and have no idea what that bit itself fits to? Any ideas?

Is that it on the bracket on the wing side of the inlet manifold. Above fuel cooler.

Cheers mate, yep spot on, but it appears I have a fuel cooler without a mounting plate!
weird!

Should be easy to fit a bit of plate with a hole drilled and captive nut, to the manifold holes. The studs with captive nut and rubber are on ebay.
