Depending on what is wrong with it almost anything can be fixed IF you have the correct parts and know what you are doing. Personally i would replace it with a known good unit. What are the symptoms?
it doesn't work.. after i knock on it, it works for a while, but no more again.. and i had the three start up lights always on, with no brakes.

First thing you need to do is check that pump is running. Black relay in fuse box could be faulty.. If it is running. Second thing you need to do is time how long it runs for before TC lamp goes off after first start in the morning. Third thing you need to do is count how many applications of the brake you get before pump restarts after TC lamp has gone out. Then get back on and report the results.
