Contact the mag and ask if they would pass on your question, to the electronic wizard, but i suspect there might be a conversion kit in the pipe line somewhere soon...;)

I know that it is probably too late now, but I own the Td6 P38, which is now for sale. Please contact me if relevant.

I'd remove your e-mail address PDQ unless you really like spam! Get them to send a personal message via the conversation option on this site. It will mail you.

You have all the details of how they managed the conversion?

Thank you for the advice.

Unfortunately I do not have all the details of the electronics side; I only know that the engine (and hence immobiliser) work fine. They didn't manage to get the cruise control, fuel computer, air conditioning or communication with the automatic gearbox working reliably. Air conditioning can be set manually via a switch. The automatic gearbox control was tricky. I finally fitted a compushift, so that gearbox control is independent of engine management, which is brilliant. I also had the torque converter stall speed changed to match the torque of the engine and weight of the P38.

Sorry, I had to resurrect this thread purely for the irony In post lol.
