Hi Turboman, sorry not sure how it all works in here!. My name is Simon I live in Somerset with my wife two young children a black lab called Louie and a few chickens( cannot remember the names of them of the top of my head) I work in the solar industry mon-fri. Weekends are normally take up with family duties. About 6 months ago I brought Larry a 1994 disco mpi which now requires an mot! I have battled with the children as it needs quite a bit of work and I thought about buying another v8 but Larry has won the hearts of Louie and the children so he is here to stay. I am struggling finding an exhaust hence my previous post. Kind regards Simon. You could try the introduce yerself section first!![]()

That's good, Simon! And welcome to lz!
What I meant was to post an intro in the Introduce Yourself section, top of lz homepage, but that will do fine.
Quite a few panels up the road here, about 50 acres of them.
Never had a D1, I woold guees the above is about right^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^. Love my D2 V8, though, try a V8 if you ever get the chance!![]()

Hi, and welcome to the forum. Its "normal" and preferred by most on here to do the intro first, and give us a bit of background, and maybe a pic or two, and then start another thread in the right section with your questions!!
Now, then.... that said..., your exhaust should be available from most of the usual suspects, but to try and help, I did a quick search and found:-
http://www.paddockspares.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=MPi+exhaust
There are a multitude of online parts catalogues too - this one is about the best I know of:-
http://www.allbrit.de/UNI.cfm?PAGE=807442&SPRACHE=EN
You'll need your VIN number to confirm that the page I have linked to above is the right one, showing the right parts for your vehicle...
Best of luck with it![]()
Why, V8 discos are nothing special these days.
I do get down kernow occasionally for work, always a pleasure to be down then there. I use to have a 1998 gas converted V8 manual xs disco. I miss it very much It came back up for sale about 12 months ago should of brought it back.....
