Damged crash bar

Hi,
My car met with an accident, a lorry driver cut in from left and pulled out my crash bar.
The rubber sections are torn see the photos.
Is it possible to repair the damaged rubber section?

I would say no, plastic bumpers can be repaired but not that stuff.

You could fill it,.... and glue it but I suspect it would look lousy...

Just take it off. They are just aesthetic anyway, as useful as tits on a Mars bar if you hit anything larger than a Wasp.
