Dodgy rear door handle

Hi all
This is my first post on here names Andy live in Burnham Bucks have a 1996 P38 4.6 on lpg and I wonder if anybody knows how I tighten the rear door handles as they seem to be being pulled off somehow when used I did change them because I thought that was the problem they just seem to pull away from door when used any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance

Do you mean the mounts come away from the door? Or just that the handle does not return fully? If the latter, that's normal. It is possible to mod the handle to improve matters, a fix has been posted on RANGEROVERS.NET HOME.

Should be a simple matter of removing the door card and putting the nut back on or fitting a new stud if it's come out of the plastic.

As posted, nothing else to go wrong really unless the nut has pulled through the door skin. If this is the case the a washer should be the fix.:welcome:
