L322 No sound (FFS).....

Hi all!

I have a 2002 L322. It has DSP and an intermittant sound issue. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt. It has a retro fit Parott 9200i. The amp is in the boot with all the wiring. Ill come to it and it works fine but then Ill make another trip 20 mintues later, youll hear the amp come on (thud from the subs), and it wont work. Then the next journey it will be on? Ive had a look at the wiring and on first look seems ok.

What are you thinking? Wiring or faulty amp?

Check all connections and for any damp/ corrosion for a start, Your location may help.

Shouldn't thump.....mine doesn't!

I also have a Parrot fitted CK3100 I think!! I'd be tempted to look at the connections to all the gear in that rear corner for signs of corrosion or moisture!

Might be worth taking a look at the Parrot Connections too....they work by intercepting the audio signal and substituting the phone call....one might be loose!

Trouble is, all installs are different....so it is a crystal ball to know where they located everything!
