I just paid £130 for one off a TD5 with roof, back panel, windows, roof lining and all the trim. Depends really I've seen one go for £50 before haha

Usual ways are to either swap what you've got on yours (i.e. hard top) for all the truck cab bits with someone on here or buy one outright off eBay.. last time I looked they were fetching £100+ for just the cab.. If you're converting from a soft top you'll already have a tailgate, hinges, anti-luce fittings etc but if not budget for these too, it all adds up..

Thanks for help all. If anyone is aware of one for sale please let me know. I couldnt see one on ebay. I have been made aware of one at mo but its unfortunately on a broken down series 3 in greece lol. Not sure that would fit but could do with a trip to a warmer place right now.

The front of the roof is a different shape on the coil sprung ones fella.. to accommodate the taller windscreen.. any off a Ninety, One-Ten or Defender 90/110 will fit.. ;)

Thanks for your comment Wolf lol, it reminded me why allot of people don't join general forums lol, but to make it a little clearer.... I mean any specialist sites that I wouldn't necessary know about and would be really handy to look at and I might be missing. However I do appreciate you take time out to make your comments wolf.

Well if you had a look around you would have got to know the forum a little, realised that it's common courtesy on here to introduce yourself first, and also that this is the biggest Land Rover forum around. You asked where to find a truck cab and no one else had suggested eBay so I did. That's where mostly everyone gets second hand parts unless they find them on here or just happen to pick one up at a scrappy. Truck cabs tend to be difficult to find at times and only come up on here once or twice a year so you'll have a better chance of finding one on eBay.
Anymore snide comments? Or are you going to get a sense of humour, introduce yourself and stick around?

You know what wolf I came on asking for advice on cabs and you ended up giving me that and just for good measure you advised me on humour and courtesy lol, talk about added value and my registration was free lol. Seriously though once I picked through the bones of your last message (lol) that was quite helpful thanks.
