New job sounds interesting?. Have you got a funny half term our kids broke up Wednesday.

16 Years as Head of Design & Technology at a mixed comp of 1100 pupils - decided I needed a change and starting as a main scale teacher of D&T at a BESD school with 44 boys in January. Should be interesting!!

Half term is Monday to Friday so we are off to Bude in Cornwall - any LZ'ers down there?

Next foci - doors and sills.

The inside of the doors are Kawasaki green to match the outer panels. Looks great.

The only catch is, due to LR tolerances, the green is visible inside too.

Using spare black vinyl from my Rammstein decals, I've shadowed the door card in black.

^^^ you may or may not recall if you have ever stripped the rear of a disco down, there is varying amounts of grey vinyl stuck around the place covering up bits of bodywork

so someone had the same idea way back in 1989, just a shame that they designed it that way! :p

Know it well - mainly painted black now on mine. Did the early ones have it on the door edges?
