It isn't a massive job changing the swivels though. I might get a cheapish one just incase.

My thought is chunnel if you book it far in advance its about the same price as the ferry to calais then drive down
might aswell see abit of france and spain while were at it Fancy a convoy james ?

I did the route a couple of years ago, so know a couple of good places to stop.

Well seeing as you're like 5 minutes from me would be silly not to
race ya !! Ive done the tunnel and north but not south before, the 40 km of france I did north was bad enough !!!! Bloody french :doh:

Haha, I'm not sure it is a fair race, you being in a TD5 disco and all!
I've been down to Marbella a couple of times, once we did it in one go, the second time we took 3 stops each way. My favourite places were Pamplona, San Sebastian and Madrid. Tours was quite nice too.

Yeah, I think it would be an epic adventure that I would love to do, Just the more I think about it maybe it's too close to get sorted this time around.

Aye, it's more the money problem
And it'd be a massive expenditure to get it expedition ready.
Have to see how it goes in the new year, a job would be a start, or at least one that has some work
It's actually more time away than I was thinking.

True that. I have an MOT due in Feb somewhere, think I'll book it in with you guys and pay for an extra hour or so for the professionals to give it a once over
The roof tent will have a mattress too, I don't think sleeping in a 90 would be very fun!

when we came back from morocco earlier in the year we drove back from the south of spain up in to brittany in france all in one go. I also slept in my 90 and it was quite comfy

i would take a tent if i was going again it was really hard fitting everting in the 90 as it was
