Glowing warning light

Hey everyone....so I have a 300tdi automatic discovery 1 and recently when I am driving through water a light keeps glowing but when it's dry it stays off...I've never seen this light before though....any advice is appreciated...and right now it's the height of the rainy season in trinidad where I live....we only have two seasons....rainy and dry

thats the diff lock light ensure its off by jacking a front wheel up and seeing if it turns ,if it does its just faulty switch /wiring

I suspect faulty wiring/switch is it a simple fix?
