Water dripping from rubber hose on firewall

Hi all

I've noticed this past week that my TD4 has a puddle of water forming from a drip from what appears to be a soft rubber hose on the firewall in front of the passenger footwell in the engine bay.

There's no loss of coolant and this happens when air con is off.

Any ideas what this could be?
