Taken alot of work and a long time,,, got more to do yet lots of clipping up and setting but stage 2 conversion is running well and giving massive power gains on stage 1. Once finished I will be rebuilding another 300tdi motor with internal mods including crank and head work and running it in my p38 rangey.

Now that looks like an interesting setup. Could you talk us through what you've done there?

Re designed everything properly and machined everything to bolt together pm me for details 200bhp + reliably proper torque and no lag hardly. alot of time and money spent and massive research shame not everyone believes the truth as you seam to I have facts to prove my system not just words of advice from pretend tuners.:D

Back the facts up with pictures and we will all bow down to you!
Why all the pm suggestions? if you want to share and disprove everyone do just that.
And thats pretend mechanic Ive never pretended to be a tuner:D

Not sure what your getting at what pictures do you want?
I dont tell people how to tune stuff I sell products that work you can see what I have done by looking at the engine bay. The spec of the turbos though Im afraid dont get divulged just thought some help would be appreciated for those trying to gain reliable power but it seams most people on here just like to argue and take the **** out of each other.....not my bag advice is free to a certain extent I make a living out of doing this easily Im not here to show off or be inulted by raving lunatics telling me I have bolted together some second hand crap and put some cheep hose kit on people should use their eyes and look at the parts I have used and then tell me its a load of cheep rubbish bolted together. You can have as many pics as you want no problem but making it work is not that simple ,,,,,have you seen another setup like it if so I would love to see it I spent over a year looking and found nothing like I produced myself thats why I did it:)

this isnt ebay or rocket sicence

Have you thought of removing the viscous fan and fitting an electric one?

At least someone on here talks sense its a great pleasure not to be slated on here for once only been on for a few days. I have found loads of people just like to argue and slate each other. Not my bag I thought id just show what I have achieved over the last year or so .......the fans just on at the moment as im just testing my stage 2 setup and have re worked everything and a new front grille frame has just been put together to hold dual electric fans. you probably cant see from my pics. well spotted that man :D

The pleasure will wear off soon enough.

Phew - didn't realise I was opening such a can of worms there! The modifications wouldn't apply to me as I have a TD5. I was just curious as to what all the bits and pieces did. I'm sure it's possible to blast a lot more power out of a 300 block as it seems to me to be in a fairly relaxed state of aspiration and fuelling as standard. So what's involved over and above what the usual commercial tuners offer?

Just out of curiousity, where is the air filter?

Hi the air filter is a k&n which fits on the end of the large yellow induction pipe.
Its not fitted at the moment as I havnt run it up again since initial test and the reason for it being off is safety.

If a diesel engine runs away with itself for any reason you cant stop it other than kill its air supply by blanking its intake so it is just a precaution.

There are several fans and air ducts to be added for extra cooling and directed airflow Its just there are not enough hours in the day and I have 2 rangeys to fall back on to use so not in a rush anyway but need to get back on it as love being in it.........................:) I will post some more pics eventually and a vid when we go out on test should be interesting keep in touch..:D

Hi basically in my opinion they have cheated for want of a better word they mostly just raise the fuelling slightly and offer a vvt which is a turbo that changes its mind lol along with one or two other bits none of which do alot.

My systems have taken along time to design and build test and prove reliability.
I basically change the manifold bolt up my conversion block which allows me to use an external wastegate and provide the blower with as much cold air as possible. apart from that and a heavily modded diesel pump its not rocket science.

I use a full stainless system with nothing in 2 and a half inch straight through and the gate has its own exhaust then just set it up properly to put the power where you want it.

You need to know whats what or dont bother in my opinion and have to put alot of work in some people on here though just dont appreciate what other people have done and are jealous for some odd reason,,,,,,,,I dont get it just showing what Ive done:) want to have a look at a td5 soon nearly bought one the other day a guy I know races one and I dont think its as quick as my 300 as he wanted to buy mine but NO NO NO .lol great engine the td5 cant wait to play with one I am shure I can get some real bhp out of one cant wait there are loads of mods for it as far as I am aware
