2.5 big oil leak

I have quite a substantial oil leak but I really can't find it as the whole nearside of the engine is caked in oil. Even some on the Manifold.

Not sure how, only thing I can think of is the prop shaft flange is spraying it around everywhere.

When the engine is not running its dripping off the the bottom on the diff. However its definitely engine oil.

have you checked filter housing and cooler pipes where the enter

You sure it's engine oil and not the diff loose in the housing?

The pipe seemed tight to me and there is no oil around the rim of the filter housing.

Its not the diff guaranteed. When I replaced it I used half a tube of tiger seal and tightened it down with an impact gun. Then checked it by hand. I didn't put any oil in it ether seen as the half shaft seals were none existent at the time.

Besides all that you can smell gear oil a mile away, Its defiantly engine oil. It still leaks when the engine is off.

As above or the swaged joints on the pipes to the cooler. Pin holes in the hose is also possible.
