What have you done to your Freelander today

Picked up a 2003 1.8L FL 125miles away from home with my L series FL. Towing 2 metric ton wasnt as bad as i believed it would be. "Struggling" a bit on the steepest hills, but overally not a big problem :)
 
-Rocker cover gasket replaced
-Injectors washer replaced
-Injectors spill pipes renewed
-Plenum Chamber Cleander
-EGR Blanked
-New coolant reservoir with new G12 Coolant
-New IRD oil

and shine under da hood

No it isn't made from a defender......

It passed the mot last week so no running issues... Just waiting for the end of the month to tax it!

I guess I am gonna have to do a separate thread on build your own light bar.....

They are clamped onto the rail beneath the trim in front of the sun roof in the same way that a fiesta or Astra roofrack attaches.
 
Synergy 2 box was fitted yesterday :)

on setting 2 the beast even feels lively now and the acceleration black hole on taking up drive from standstill is gone.

just need to get a tool to remove the MAF screws so i can put the Pierberg one in

Is there any special name for the "Torx with a hole" ?? I have a set of these hollow torx bits but they dont fit the se screws ................... Grrrrrr

There s a thread on torx screws , have a look I got the socket set from rover ron , there s only two of that type of torx screw on the car :doh:
