Perhaps as recompense for the fact that we shan't see the new Earth saving, Earth loving, higher consciousness oozing Range Rover hybrid here.

Some bloody profit margin. Mind you in the old days profit margin at main dealers was 38% on new car sales. 68% discount on parts from factory. Maybe still not a lot different. May have tightened a bit.

Because they charge you to much, just like petrol The market treats each as a dollar. Plus they could not get $90,000 for them over here. They is priced as to what the market will pay. The same size car that they are competing against sell for about $ 50,000 + range. Hell I can buy a top line ford/mercury In the Expedition model with all the bells and whistles for $60 k same as the RR sport in size

Yeah we are being screwed John, same with everything. Prices horrendous, if you walk round town you are on camera everywhere you go. They can follow you round all day, from texts, phone calls, bankcard use. Same in the car. Used to be a good place to live, but getting worse as the days go by.
