Yep it'll be getting weighed in if it ever breaks ;) on the look out for a bigger one atm anyway just so I have more choice over amp range

Think a 250 should do nicely if I can get one for about £60

Looking good.

Doc, have you considered searching out one of them army mess tents? Perfect for a temp garage and heavy enough not to blow away and they heat up nicely when flaps are down

Just done the clutch think the slave is ####ed. Bleeds ok and got all air out, fork will
Move with some force minus slave and original clutch used to work.

Going to see about getting a new slave cylinder to fit

So got the clutch sorted, drivers wing on, rad mounts modified for the 4.0, new thermostat ordered and I didn't shear any bolts either  :D

New radiator in place

This is the bulkhead, been sanded down properly and painted now

Stuff in that tub wont be doing much washing :p its a mix of oil and some coolant that accidentally fired in there when I took the plug out!

Be using a few ladles of the oil and some derv mixed with tetroseal for sorting the chassis though :D

Put the sliders next to the series to get an idea of how far they'll stick out once welded up

After this I bolted on the front wings and sorted out the radiator pipes for the 4.0 rad I've acquired

Jag wheel fits nicely :D

And now its packed up

90% of the time sliders stick out further than the wheels, no rules on that.

Sidesteps on dads disco stick out past the wheels and that passes every year

Rear custom axle will be 2" wider either side anyway and front 2" wider with spacers cos I'm only making up a custom rear

Red will be along to clear things up. But those do look like it could injure a pedestrian, weather you are parked or driving

Wont look so far out once the new axles on don't worry, worst case is I slice off the step and take an inch off each leg to bring it closer to the main body

But as far as I'm aware they should be fine, wheel arches will end up close to them and they're blunt, no sharp edges
