hello everyone, i got hold of extractors cheap for my land rover i wanna know if anyone on here has done the same in the past. im gonna go with a 2 in exhaust to the back, i have run the car with no muffler and was quite surprised at how much more life it has,
i am in australia so i have a Holden Stromberg which is similar to a older single draft rochester. the carb itself was a big improvement and i assume running extractors with a freer flow exhaust will help it more, the 1 5/8inch exhuast just chokes the engine too much hence why they got no up and go.
im not sure if i will need to wrap the extractors in the area near the floor.
