range rover :: csk

Well if was no 153, Jeremy owns it.:) See link.

If you don't know what a CSK is( I didn't ).

range rover :: csk

yes well aware of the csk,was offered one by a friend which had suffered tinworm & was sadly sitting in a haulage yard rotting away.this was some years ago.i ended up buying his vogue 50 instead.although I loved the 50 I still kick myself over the csk

How can any self respecting Range Rover owner not know what a CSK is???????

I still reckon a pre-requisite of Range Rover ownership should be to pass a test on the design, developement and heritage of the Range Rover brand, including references to the men/women who designed and built them.

Not knowing who or what CSK is....tut tut...:D:D:D

Yeahhhh, erm , and of critical importance is we know the biography of his/hers life in order that we can see the possible nature/nurture eureka moment that gave us such a truly unique special vehicle... minus 2 doors, splash o paint, stiffer suspension and a fancy badge, WOW.!:behindsofa:

I suspect if customers were required to partake & pass a 'test' on the history / heritage at the dealers before being allowed to purchase a RR sales would reduce by 99.999%. I doubt that many RR owners on the roads today know who CSK is tbh.

Is that at hirange ?

I bought a head lining from a bloke in North London, he had a CSK sat on his drive and used it as his daily around London, he also had a old 2 door under a tarp. Only one I have ever seen in the flesh.

And of course the theory that LR only thought up the CSK in order to use up otherwise redundant two-door body shells. It has been suggested that these were still lying around un-protected since the company decided to concentrate production on four-door's, which might account for the corrosion levels later in life :rolleyes:
