There was a fault when first scanned, but when cleared it didn't come back...

NANOCOM - EDC.APP - EDC faults file

GLOW PLUG (HEATERS) FAULT
Type: INVALID FAULT,LOGGED,INTERMITTENT
RPM = 8
WATER TEMP = 92
OCCURRANCE = 6
---

and the SRS one.

NANOCOM - SPS2.APP - DISCOII SRS fault file

CODE 064
THE SECONDARY WARNING LAMP CIRCUIT
IS FAULTY
(INTERMITTENT)
---

That's possibly because they are intermittent. :D:D

The very first number in the table was 8. The rest of them were 128. What might that mean?

That's good then if you need to check current will show in the rewrite box for instance mine was |126
Tap past the number 6 and the cursor moves increase the number and rewrite it gets stored and recheck rpm via the cps reading for current rpm and so on.

Is that because it's intermittent so the computers don't know if it is a fault?

same SRS modules?

Could of been a loose bulb wire or its been changed and not reset since if the hasn't been read In a long time .

Never had an issue with starting, and never had faults read, so could be - not sure if DeRanged Rover ever had it on diagnostics, I think only EAS ones, so faults probably haven't been cleared for 3ish years. Having said that, in my time, due to battery drain in early days, I've had ABS, traction and gearbox faults flag up but nothing was logged for any of them..

same SRS modules?[/QUOTE]

I saw that.

I used the SPS2.app module, which I think is the later type for your car. I'd have thought if they weren't the same modules, it wouldn't read anything???

It must have the latest stuff I would have thought, it was in the last production year. Probs just uses the same setup as the disco, there can't be that much difference in the way air bags work between cars..
