I'm a 20-year old living in Belgium (Limburg). I've been interested in buying a used Freelander XeDi since some time. This kind of car is a rare sight in the area where I live. At the moment I'm driving a VW passat, so something very very different.
Most of the people that I know that have their license want to drive overly tuned fiestas and corsas. Me, on the other hand really love the styling of the Freelander. I also really like the 'freedom look' that most of the Land Rover vehicles have. But one of the biggest reasons I want a freelander is that me and my friends could shove all our festival stuff (tents, ...) in the boot and head over to a music festival.
When I've got a real job (still in college now) I'd really like to buy a freelander II and drive with one of those for the rest of my life.
