Can someone help me? I have just bought my first disco and while going downhill at 160mph I heard a rattle.......anyone know what it could be!

Just how many rattles did you go through on the way up to that high speed rattle?

I reckon it's the can of SPAM rattling around in the back because you have the windows down...

That'll be the spigot nipple on the accelerator calliper. I done that speed in mine and the rear flywheel seperated from the front one. £££££££

I wish you'd have mentioned it sooner. I have a quick fix for that. Have a look under the driver's seat. There should be a large black box, probably with Alpine written on it. Slide the front open, push the button and voila out comes a box containing not one, but 6 bright, shiny, spare flywheels

I think you will find that wasn't a hill you were coming down . But a cliff you just drove off ! Unless it was Everest ! But I still don't even think that would be a big enough run down hill to hit 160 ;-)
