i'd quite fancy a ragtop D1 or RRC if it was done better than that.

the first FB pic I looked at and thought hmm ... maybe? but then I slapped myself. hard. It is just wrong. the colour of the roof is just wrong, the shape is just wrong, the whole thing is a big lump of wrong ... fair play for them trying something a bit different, but it really shoud be consigned to the fail pile. a folding hardtop convertible, on the other hand, might work

eek keep the soft tops to the fenders ;o SUVs with soft roofs just look awful. Removable hardtop, perhaps but having to physically take the roof off wouldn't be very range rovery'

It's crap! It's still got the window frames on the door tops. A proper convertible should not have window frames. Once the roof's down the side glass and any trace of it should disappear. A WMIK has no side windows.. you get the idea
