Hi,
I"ve just replaced my 2000 TD4S Auto with only 109000 for a 2001 TD4ES Auto with 143000 miles on the clock.
My questions are
1) This car has a full service history. Should I be concerned with the high mileage or is this an acceptable mileage for a car in very good condition?
2) Should the airbags be replaced, or whatever you have to do to them and if so what sort of cost would I incur?
3) Does anyone want to buy my TD4S Auto?
Cheers

1- worry about the vehicles current condition, not the mileage it has done.
2- the manufacturer would probably like you to replace them, but it is their interests to say that isn't it? Replacement cost would probably be a significant fraction of what you paid for the whole car. Dont worry about it.
3- no.

my owners manual states airbag/components typically need replacing after 10 years from initial registration or last installation
