If you do a search on here this topic was covered in depth not long ago and in short the answer to your question is NO and keep the cash in your pocket![]()
yeah thats what i want, just a nice rumble. my boy racer days are over lol
Stay away from K&N's.Covered on here plenty of times....basically will clog up your MAF. I went for a Janspeed cat back stainless exhaust on my 4.6. Sounds very nice but not too loud on motorway runs etc.
i had one on my 4.6 couple of years ago and within 2 hours i dicided that the induction kit sounded like some boyracer with a 1.6 under the bonnetna just like the way they sound

in the end i had standerd airbox with a decat and removed the middle box and that sounded nice
quiet barbble at low rpm but under full throtle it sounded like a tvr
if your on lpg its legal too![]()
Sorry not legal. If the vehicle can be run on petrol it MUST have a cat. If it was fitted with a cat as standard it MUST have one fitted.
Where did you get the janspeed from? And how much?
