head gasket replacment advice needed

Look at number one in this photo if you put the bar in number 1 inbetween the pulley you should pull upwards reliving the tension of the belt ! See what side the belt it is in the picture

I always put the bar in from the inter cooler side inlet manifold side remove inter cooler pipe and pull upwards I'm sure

Yup that's its my bad I can see it now I wonder why it broke Fatigue I expect what you got a new one or second hand

When cool remover heater( in)pipe as that's where the Water is pumped in from the pump sure stat is opening . And rad is full could be header tank cap but unlikely when its hot how hard is the top right hose is it solid .

Not looking good I put a new top on hose the other month its rock hard even when cold dont know if its a harder type pattern rubber or the heats turned it that way but if yours is soft when cold I'm affaid it sounds bad news your have to get it pressure tested I guess

1 bar is near enough 14psi and I think that is the pressure it runs at.
If you take the return pipe from the top of the RAD off at the header tank, you should get water dribbling out if the pump is working when the engine is warm. Pressurising can also be due to air in the system but it's sounding like the head to me.

heat matrix looks restricted
just pulled on drive realised
got a serious oil leak engine oil

Coolant system pressure is 1 bar-14.7psi-147MPa

The cap should be stamped 140 - although I have heard of 205 or 210 or similar to over come pressure increases releiving the pressure!
