Knowing What I know now I would have left it in the fooking puddle and laughed my tits off at the comments we got at the Fleet service station when he was bragging how amazing it was, it has 1000w lamps its got this and that and Never gets stuck. the usual drivel we get from slitty owners Next time I will gladly donate £6.20 or a gallon of Petrol and a free match to any such owner.

Yes I've only bought one green oval ( never again ) but looked at about 6 before that one and the was the best of the bunch

I only got rid of the two other frontera cos I broke the engines and with work I didn't have time to fix them so just bought a new one
 
Didn't like the shape of the troopers. And as for my disco I wouldn't get rid of that now because I've spent too much money on it.
 
Had some fun in the snow in 2wd then went all sensible and used 4wd to pick the misses up from work.
Replaced the rear exhaust hanger strap

Then came on here and read all the love being spread around about the Vauxhall c@ntera :D
 
Fixed my passenger door window. Yesterday my son wound the window down and the glass stayed in position, held in place by ice. so this morning I stripped the door card out and refitted the glass into the little plastic clips that connect it to the runner. Now working properly again.

Finally got around to starting the refurb' of my new (second hand, cheers Lee) heavy duty front bumper, rubbed it down and got rid of the small patches of rust. welded up the four (!) holes that had been drilled for fixing a number plate to it and painted it with high zinc primer. I might get around to priming it tomorrow but that depends how long it takes to fix the heater/ventilation vents on a S111 that's coming to me in the morning

Primed my new bumper and did a bit of work on a S111 for a chap I know, made his light switch work properly, it was wired up wrong and refitted the demister hose in front of the driver he's not been able to see out of the windscreen since he got it. next job on the S111 is a full service (for beer vouchers:))

mines gone completly mad!!!!

THe central locking has gone mad and seems to be making continual fast clicking noises. as well as the key code lockout - i have the 4 digit key code and have followed the instructions (all doors shut etc and the turning key so many times left or right) but still not working and doors still making clicking noises (will have a flat battery soon!!!) anyone any ideas - many thanks
 
Broke the glass in my offside mirror (90) trying to adjust it, siezed with rust:(

Going to put some series ones on the wings I think, is that allowed:confused::)
