Head Gaskets replaced engine sweet now Gbox wont play - help

Afternoon all after a long saga new liner skimmed block heads head gaskets 3 times she is running sweet - problem there is a real jolt changing down through the gbox on the way up no problem but every change down is hard any ideas anyone ?

Just been out and have a gearbox fault showing nead to get nanocom on it

Might be, or low battery voltage, or transfer box ECU toasted.
