Led brake lights stay on

Good day, i need some advise on why my led brake lights stay on after shutting car down 2006 range rover vouge. 4.4 v8 belter !!

Only 3 of the led's on both sides stay on both very week but still zapping the battery any ideas ???

No, but the faulty earth that is probably causing the problem will.
