Lz Greenland and camping trip ( Yorkshire)

Well after camping ant the weekend, thought we could organise a trip to the dales or similar and go green landing and camp over somewhere,

I like it up at hardraw near hawes but open to suggestions and possible dates.

Yep, but I reckon that trying to drive through the Atlantic ocean to Greenland might be asking a bit too much of it.

Just wondering exactly what this greenlaning is. All the pics on here seem to show driving through swamps, lakes, rivers or something similar. It also seems to involve being towed around rather than much driving. Brownlaning would seem to be a more descriptive term

Is there a beginners version which does not involve deep water or excessing amounts of mud. I would quite fancy driving off the normal roads, I could live with fields, moors and tracks etc. Or would this be too boring for you lot

we goin for a drive up north yorkshire, hawes area on saturday 29th..

no mud, one little ford to cross but ya can avoid the deep bits,.. yr welcome to come along.. pm me for dtls...
