rear bumper problem!

after coming off holiday i noticed my back door was getting caught on the metal bit of my bumper and now wen u open it it bends the metal with the door hence it being in the way wen your need to close it, i think sum1 has hit my back and pushed my bumper in and up a little wots best to do?

Just for your info, it is forum etiquette that you introduce yourself in the "Introduce yourself" thread.

It may be that your bumper has moved or it may be that your door has dropped. Is there any play in the hinges when you try to lift the door.

Or it might be that the closer on the door frame needs adjusting.
