Pump/compressor stopped working while driving last night. Car is now sat on its bump stops and I can't drive it :-(

fuses ok, relay fine

not sure my EAS software is working correct, anyone in the Manchester area that can help??

linked the green and black up - compressor sprang into life

can hear it shifting plenty of air

any ideas??

Linked them up to what the battery? Orange wire is thermal cutout. Don't put that to live at all. Thermal switch is possibly knackered. Test continuity orange to black wire if non it is stuffed.

Compressor relay R/H one of the three in line with maxi fuses.

Tested relay - working fine, replaced with a new one

the relay doesn't click when I start the car or ignition live

Pressure switch and fuse is the only thing left in the circuit to check then apart from ECU.
Have you checked for a good bond to earth of black lead behind EAS box on inner wing.
Check fuses 24,29,35 and 40.

Under the front of the valve block. Two wires coming off it.
