Stuck rear sliding window on 110

For reasons known only to itself the nearside sliding window refuses to open. No obvious obstructions that I can see. Have tried various efforts but to no avail. Anyone either had this or any tips on how to budge the little ******.

silicone lube is probably a good bet, that, wiggling, curseing and swearing...

Spray WD40 along the guides and once you've got it open rake out all the ****e thats collected i nthere and spray again.

Cheers guys. Have tried most of what has been suggested but will crack on. What this query does prove is how much better this site is compared to LRO. Posted my query up on their site ages ago and still nothing back.
