Any thoughts on purchasing a diagnostic tool?

Something that will work well on a Disco 2 specifically, and other makes and models in ( at least) a more general way

A 10 grand LR set up isnt an option!! for me anyway!

after a lot a struggle i found a tool which covers very well the D2(not like hawkeye or nanocom, but about 85% of it ...without SLS and ACE) but it covers all other LR's in the same way and hundreds of other makes and modells... it's not a generic reader, u can programm injectors, and multifunction settings with it.... check the coverage/function list then u decide, http://www.obd2be.com/download/autocom-cdp-pro-support-car-list.pdf u find it where to buy cos i dont have shares in it
