Sometimes you can have pale roof and wheels though, local bye-laws apply - refer to local planning permissions.

Mine was used by the Italian military police so it had to be dark blue. The roof & wheel hubs are white (I have alloy hubs for 4x4ing). You can still see where the red Carabinieri stickers were if the light is right. In Italy people slow down and let me through when they catch sight of me in their mirror. Someone even gave me a military salute once!!!!!!!
