the dredded white smoke

Hi there i was very rude last posting and not introducing myself and just exspected to get results so here we go hi there im Greg i got a 300 tdi discovery last november clutch fork went (re last post) sorted that out but i have another problem. on start up white smoke bellows out doesnt rev above 2000 for a while then picks up slowly then it drives ok-ish then when de-celerating (using engine to slow the disco down) white smoke bellows out until i accelerate i have changed the injectors and done a egr by-pass to try and sort this out but no joy if any-body has any thoughts i would greatly appreciate it thanks
