Land rover theft harper adams

a mates just had his land rover stolen. its a metallic red land rover 90 county with silver modulars. Reg H523 CVB



stolen between 11.30 and 9.00 this morning. also had on a winch bumper and winch. a roof rack which had some special tracks on wheels that i cant remember what they are. standard fitment TDI (think it was on a rangie chassis?)



not only that but brian was broken into last night as an attempted theft!!!

door top bent outwards and had tried to gaina ccess by the tailgate too. however he was blocked in by 2 other land rovers





i cant believe it. had my bedroom window open all last night and didnt hear a thing. im literally 20 feet from where brian is parked.

just found out the 110 had been entered aswell now!!!

Bad news this mate had anyone seen anything suspicious before i.e strange cars turning around,watch out they might come back again.

i asked about no one seems to have heard anything. i had my bedroom window open 20 feet away from my land rover. it makes me sick!!!

the uni is checking CCTV and we think were going to go to town and see if anyoen caught something.

Terrible news! All these Landys being targeted for theft by scumbags! Why don't the police take the initiative and set up some "capture/entrapment" Land Rovers? Bait cars set up with covert cameras etc inside to identify and entrap these low lifes stealing our pride and joys. It works in the U.S.A. And if the courts would start convicting these people instead of giving them a slap on the wrist then maybe we would all sleep a bit easier.

proberly against our rights or some ****. there was a progran about bait houses other week they was going on about human rights and that rubbish. ill keep a look out round my area for you mate see if i spot owt or hear any anything.
