yeah 21 egg scrambled fried omelette WONT be making an appearance this time! and i have perfected the bacon cooking a little also

bacon egg and beans is my dream breakfast, thats what i'll be bringing, so as usual bring your stuff and we shall cook

a think al call at woodhall services on way down for a maccys breki so any 1 meeting at jct 29a m1 we going to meet at 7:15 to 7:30 set off as got to be at foxhouse for 8 and depearting not long after or would every 1 prefer to meet at foxhouse pub ??

Hey to all, just read the posts looks like its goin to be an ace turnout! canny wait, but just to make sure everyone knows the meeting point to start the laning is at fox house car park, ive noticed that some are meeting at jnc29a then meeting at fox house as a group i might be there myself yet, just thought id claryfy it incase.....DONT BE LATE!!! hehehe only joking i dare say we wont be leaving at 8 on the dot but wont be much after cheers and c you all sunday!!!

Yeah it's not like we'll be gone at 8:00:01 am (mine might need the bonnet up again anyway, it's a v8 thing) but we do need to focus on getting cracking, there's a fair amount of lane to get a fair amount of cars through so we need to move early, especially because we need to leave time for the most famous Mr Noisy Green Lane Kitchen to open

I like all cakes thankyou Kieran, but im thinking that a 4 cream cake selection, a box of 4 egg custard tarts, a little 5" carrot cake or a little 5" chocolate cake would be lovely.

All are available from Tesco and cost in the region of £3-£4.

Any of the above would be most gratefully received

I might turn up, never met anyone off here before and picking my first landy up tomorrow so need to get it muddy.

Without sounding negative mate, that might not be an ideal plan!

You buy your first land rover on a Wednesday, and take it laning on the Sunday.

This is ok as long as you spend the Thursday, Friday and Saturday ensuring that the vehicle is in good working order, and please bear in mind that this won't be a complete walk in the park! Ok you've got to start somewhere but perhaps not stanage edge!

I also would not enjoy having a vehicle which you have never driven before break down in the middle of a lane and cause us a problem.

PLEASE think about this before you turn that maybe into a definite.

Ive had offroaders before just never a landy and have driven stanage several times and other lanes many times and obviously won't be taking it laning if there are any problems with it.
Im not a complete idiot.
