Hello there,
I used to trundle around Worcestershire in a lwb auto shogun (I gather they're not highly regarded around these here parts
), but I loved it for what it was; so reliable, never let me down, and had all the toys gizmos and difflocks a guy could want. her only shortcoming was her steady unrelenting 20or less mpg. so she went beginning of this year, and ever since Being confined to the asphalt in various sensible deisel cars, I regretted it wholeheartedly.
well, long and short of it, I spotted an elderly 200tdi discovery with relatively low mileage on ebay just up the road from me, went to have a look, and now I own her. only 2 previous owners and not a scent of rust, so I'm quite pleased with that. just need to fit an immobilser and swap the insurance about and her'll be good to go!
