Hi guys
Not sure what the f#@ks wrong with it this time
Firstly its a 96 p38 4.6
When i first start on a morning the 3 dash brake lights stay on for about 20seconds. During thiis time i can hear the pump running and every time i touch the brake pedle after the pump comes in for a second or so
Now i read on another thread its the brake accoumilator so ive put a new one on (well from a working spairs dog) and its still no better
Now before you all start screaming blead it and air locks read this next bit
When i switch the car off i can hear and feel the pump clicking like its trying to run but its not i even disconected the battery to conferm this
Ive also notised the fluid level rises quite alot when switched off and drops again when turned on what i think is happening is the pressurised fluids pushing the pump backwards
Is there a one way valve anywere in the system that should be stoping the fluid draining back into the reservoir
