and most of the people who buy them buy the wrong rates so they perform worse than standard springs.

If yours is a 109 hopefully the extra weight will make them work a little better though.
Nope don't know exact ratings off the top of my head. I do know most 'British' parabolics are quite a HD spring rate, so when fitted to a truck cab 88" don't flex at all.Talking bolics again

A full bodied 109 will have more weight over the rear axle, so is likely to be less affected.
As a side note, I contacted several parabolic spring suppliers/makers a couple of years ago asking if they could tell me the spring rates of their parabolics. All refused
