sort dash lights to dim

My range rover classic soft dash dashboard lights are so dim at night i can barely see the speedo
dimmer switch is up full
anyone know how to upgrade these on the hard dash access to these bulbs was simple but on the soft dash i am unsure where to start

Don't know if there was any improvement for the soft dash (unlikely knowing LR) but every hard dash (4 off) I've had has been the same, even after replacing the bulbs. If you are unsure of the dimmer, join the wires together to bypass it's function.
