I do have empathy for both of your situations but you can not blame his reaction on other people. We are all responsible for our own emotions- other people can't make us unwell - we chose to allow ourselves not to tolerate the distress and then blame it on others.

1)My breasts and overies would indicate that I am indeed a woman

2) I have been a single parent with 5 children for the last 7 years - one of my daughters has a serious physical disability who is supported by carers and one who has Aspergers and 3 normal, if hard work- others. So I do understand the pressure that comes from having ill children- again because you dont like my answer please dont assume that I must be lying when I say I understand

3)Of course I have been upset and I can recognise a trigger may have been something someone said or did - however my emotions are exactly that - MY emotions - the trigger doesnt somehow absolve me from having to tolerate or manage my distress - MY emotions are MINE- theyre not someone elses responsibilities

4) I am not hard- I just take responsibility for my own mental health & emotions - I seek assistance and support from appropriate friends and family when I need to and dont blame others

I am sorry to hear about you children. and like you my daughter is unwell as well.

But I am lucky enough to still be married, so many mothers our position with sick children lose their partners due to the stress leaving them alone without help.
